Polygelix Naturals:

Is it common for the extended ear conditioner product to settle in the syringe?
Yes, There is a small powder component in the aloe oil that will settle with time. This is common, so just shake well before applying. Add 0.5-1ml of air, if needed, to help with mixing.

I am shaking the extended ear conditioner and it is not mixing properly. How can I get it to mix better?
To help with mixing of the extended ear conditioner, remove the cap, add 0.5-1ml of air into the syringe, replace the cap and shake well. Then apply as directed.

The wound support spray is black, is this normal?
Yes, our wound support sprays contain a small amount of activated charcoal making the entire solution black. When sprayed on wounds in small amounts, it is not as visible. Be sure to shake well before use.

The wound support sprayer is not working?
The wound support sprays contain a small amount of gelatin and activated charcoal and may get clogged in the spray nozzle tubing. Cleaning the tubing and sprayer with warm water will open them up. Also, shake the product well before each use to avoid clumping.
